After your order is shipped, we’ll send a tracking number to your email. Kindly note that tracking updates may take up to 7 days to appear.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition. Please contact us at hello@mggao.com to initiate a return.
3.My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please email us at hello@mggao.com with your order number and a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery, and we'll make it right.
4.Do you offer gift wrapping?
Our notebooks already come beautifully packaged in our signature "M" gift box — no extra wrapping needed. It's gift-ready straight out of the box.
